At Biltong Bliss, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products.


As our biltong and droëwors are fresh, perishable food items, all sales are final.


If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24
hours of delivery. We’ll review your concern and do our best to resolve it — this may include
a replacement, store credit, or refund (depending on the situation).


To help us process your claim quickly, please include your order number, a photo of the
product or packaging, and a short description of the issue.
