Born on South Africa’s trek routes, this thin, air-dried cousin of boerewors was made to travel and made to last. We use rump for lean bite and brisket for depth, seasoned with coriander and black pepper, then dry it low and slow. The result is a clean, meaty snap with real heritage in every stick.

We’re Biltong Bliss - an independent, family-run business in Dubai with South African roots and a big love for honest, bold flavour. Over 12+ years, we’ve honed a butcher-style cut that lets real beef shine and stays true to the traditions we grew up with. What matters to us is
simple: quality you can taste, consistency you can trust, and a warm, human touch in everything we do.
